Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated after inspection and approval of the returned item.
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Bank processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

Cash on Delivery Refunds

For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds may be processed via bank transfer, UPI transfer, or store credit after verification of customer details.

Refund Approval

MISS IKA reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after checking the product condition, order details, and eligibility.
